Shipping
Montbell Malaysia aims to deliver all orders within 3 business
days or as mentioned on the product's page before purchase.
Montbell Malaysia will contact customer within 48 business hours if the
purchased items are not available within agreed delivery date and arrange with
customer for new delay delivery date. However, if customer disagree of delayed
delivery date or if Montbell Malaysia failed to deliver within 7 business day,
Montbell Malaysia will fully refund the purchased cost of the products.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your
order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact our Customer Service
at 011-1055 1802. Shipping fee applied with the following conditions:

We strive to deliver your purchased products in
shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is
confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by courier service, Monday –
Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Returns
The return item must be returned or notified within 7 working days after
delivery. Please note that for hygienic
and logistical reasons, some items are non-returnable and non- exchangeable. If we have
not received item at warehouse or receive the item in a condition that does not
meet our return criteria, we reserve the option to not accept the item and return/refund
to you.
The following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- You received a damaged item from the courier
- Proof of purchase is required for refund and exchange (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
- The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL (with price tag), undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used.
- Exchange product due to wrong sizing or colour is subject to availability
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed
with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and the item(s)
must be returned to our returns address:

Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel
provided by the courier delivery service to monitor your shipment to us.

We will conduct an evaluation within SEVEN
(7) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an
email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.

If your return is valid, we will process your
refund, store credits or warranty based on what you have indicated in the
return form.
·
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and
send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
To ensure
customer satisfaction, we allow you to return your purchase within 7 days from
the invoice date if they are in their original packaging with price tag intact,
unworn, and unwashed.
Please take note we do not accept returns or exchanges for
- Any sale merchandises
- Purchases with use of a promotional code
- Thermal Wears/Base layer, Tights, Leggings, & Shorts.
Exchange or refund can be done from purchase origin source.

Terms and
Conditions
Dynamic
Infinity Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the
item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. Customer shall bear the
shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange
request item(s).
Should there
be any dispute on the refund amount for any return or exchange, refund will be
based on amount value paid on the invoice.
Our returns
and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental,
or wear and tear. It also does not cover products used in a manner or for a
purpose not reasonably contemplated by montbell.com.my, or previously modified
in a manner not authorized by Dynamic Infinity Marketing Sdn Bhd.
Dynamic
Infinity Marketing Sdn Bhd decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
Cancellations
We are only
able to cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
To cancel an
order after receiving the product.
Please use
the Return & Exchange Form and follow the Return & Exchange process.
Preparation:
- Provide a copy of your Receipt (Invoice)
- Products must be unused and in its original condition with the hangtags still attached

Promotional Periods
During peak
sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfil next day delivery due to
heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability
issues when placing your order.
